This tutorial is about decreasing the number of stitches. To decrease one single crochet (sc), we join two single crochet stitches together and make them become one stitch. Dear All, In this tutorial, let's see how to work in BLO & FLO :) Abbreviations: sc : single crochet st(s) : stitch (es) flo : front loop only blo : back loop only The top of a single crochet stitch, looks like a braid which is formed by "V" shaped loops. The front loop is the one which is closer to you. And the back loop is the farther one.  (If you are working in rows, no matter which side you turn; while crocheting, the front loop is always the one that is closer to you and the back loop is always the one that is farther away from you.)
